The spookiest holiday is fast approaching, so what will you be? This is the one time of year where you can dress up, or dress down, as anything you can think of! The costume may be the most important part of the evening, but what about other party ideas? Well here are a few racy Halloween ideas for an adults only party!
For a costume, you can get creative or go the easy route. There are many pre-made costumes yo can purchase in most local stores or online. Choose from a naughty teacher, nurse, waitress, French maid, race car driver, prisoner, police woman etc.. Or you can go the more ‘festive’ route and choose a witch, devil, demon, clown, or any of the scary or silly costumes. Anything you choose show fit you perfectly, even if you need to do a bit of tailoring yourself, this shouldn’t be too difficult.
For decorations, you can make them yourself easily and quickly. For example, if you get some long sheest of cheese cloth and dye them black, you can hang them from the roof and place a gentle fan behind them to make them sway. Slice the bottom of each sheet into tattered style slits, and use a balloon with a scary mask for a head. Now you have ghosts haunting your home!
Also, instead of real candles which are a fire hazard, you can get solar powered lanterns which flicker and look real. Cover them with the stringy cobwebs you can purchase at the dollar store. This gives your creepy party room a touch of light in the darkest times!
Party food is also very important. To please your guests you need to please their appetite first! You can make easy Halloween cookies and small finger foods such as lady fingers with red jelly beans for finger nails. Also, peel some grapes and put some toothpicks in them as creepy eye balls on a stick!
Buy some flowers and paint then black for an elegant yet spooky touch. Hand black ribbons and fishnet style material all over for a daemonic look. Anyway you do your Halloween, have fun and enjoy the holiday!
